ABOUT SWCCMS

SWCCMS Mission -Social Work Consulting & Case Management Services (SWCCMS) seeks to enhance the psychosocial wellbeing, and quality of services provided to consumers through service provision, advocacy, supervision, and evaluation.

The field of Social Work can be classified into three categories of practice: macro, mezzo, and micro. These three categories determine the scope of practice for Social Work Consulting and Case Management Services, and the three levels often overlap. We will provide services that represent all three areas of social work.

SWCCMS work to promote social justice and social change for individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. We are sensitive to cultural and ethnic diversity and strive to end discrimination, oppression, poverty, and other forms of social injustice by providing direct practice, community organizing, supervision, consultation, administration, advocacy, policy development and implementation, education, and evaluation. SWCCMS seek to enhance the capacity of people to address their own needs; and to promote the responsiveness of organizations, communities, and other social institutions to individuals’ needs and social problems.

It is important to find the right balance in mental and physical health to gain an overall sense of well being. The regulations that govern our company:
